In the heart of Tokyo's prestigious Omotesando neighbourhood, Aston Martin has made its inaugural entry into Asia's ultra-premium residential market with the unveiling of No. 001 Minami Aoyama House. This four-story luxury home, a collaboration between Aston Martin and Japanese luxury concierge firm Vibroa, positions itself as a landmark in luxury living in Tokyo.
The residence, named No001 Minami Aoyama, boasts a moody Modernist exterior, clean lines, and lots of technology, reflecting Aston Martin's commitment to craft, innovation, and dynamic, beautiful design. The exterior features vertical metal louvers that create a rhythm of light and shadow, enhancing privacy while adding a dynamic architectural statement reminiscent of Aston Martin's aerodynamic car designs.
The design of No001 Minami Aoyama House seamlessly blends contemporary minimalism with brutalist influences and soft sophistication, allowing the home to blend into Tokyo’s urban fabric while maintaining a confident modern presence. Inside, rich, dark finishes and materials inspired by Aston Martin sports cars create a luxurious ambiance. The home offers three en-suite bedrooms, a wine cellar, private spa and gym, golf simulator, office, and an automotive gallery integrated into the dining room.
This automotive gallery, designed to display luxury supercars, is a standout feature. It serves as an elegant meeting space, with cars presented like works of art. The gallery can accommodate two cars, making it a perfect two-bay gallery to present Aston Martins as works of art.
The property is crowned by a large roof terrace featuring a lounge area, bar, dining space, and panoramic views of Tokyo. Italian furnishings are used throughout the home, with bespoke furniture adding a touch of exclusivity. The kitchen features lava-stone surfaces, adding a touch of elegance to the space.
