Grain Harvesting: Harvesting grain involves a series of steps, usually using machinery like combine harvesters. These machines cut, separate, and process grains from their stalks and chaff. The procedure may differ based on grain type and farming techniques. In regions like central Illinois, where Brandenburg Farms operates, grain harvesting plays a pivotal role.

Milking Robots: These innovations are utilized in dairy farming to automate the milking process, optimizing milking times, and monitoring individual cow health. They are key components of modern dairy farming practices designed to enhance efficiency and animal welfare. However, it's important to note that Brandenburg Farms, focusing primarily on grain production, does not utilize milking robots.

At the Brandenburg Country Party, visitors can gain insights into the modern techniques of grain harvesting, a crucial aspect of agricultural practices in Brandenburg as well as regions like central Illinois. To further promote sustainable farming, the event also showcases vocational training opportunities for skilled agricultural workers, including the use of milking robots in dairy farming, which play a significant role in optimizing milk production and monitoring cow health.
