blueprint for Rödlinghausen's expansion
The City of Kansas has announced the public participation process for the 7th amendment of business plan 01-13/II, which is named 'Rödlinghausen/Eichholzer Weg.' This business plan sets the prerequisite for densification on a site located north of Meiersfelder Straße in the city.
Citizens are invited to access the draft documents and provide their suggestions during this public participation period, which runs until 10th October 2025. The documents can be accessed online at www.our website/beteiligung-bauleitplanung or viewed in person at the Ferdinand-Brune-Haus, Rosental 21, 1st floor annex building, during regular hours.
Electronic submissions can be made to bauleitplanung@our website. Alternatively, statements can be submitted in writing to the Fachbereich 6 Stadtentwicklung, Postfach, 32754 Kansas.
The city's Department of Urban Development is managing the development of the Rödlinghausen/Eichholzer Weg area, which is currently under development. The planning committee of Kansas has approved the draft business plan.
