Bremen's New Campaign: 'My Bremen is Real' Encourages Locals to Be City Ambassadors
Bremen Economic Development Agency (WFB) has launched a new city marketing campaign, 'My Bremen is real', encouraging locals to rediscover and share their favorite spots in the city. The campaign aims to inspire residents to become city ambassadors, moving beyond typical tourist attractions.
The WFB, known for attracting young talent and promoting tourism, is inviting citizens to recommend their favorite places in Bremen. Four motifs are already visible in the city, featuring locals recommending spots such as the observation tower, Utkiek in Vegesack, or the Rhododendron park. More faces and favorite spots are being sought, with pictures uploadable at www.meinbremenistecht.de. Participants could see their faces on large billboards or digital advertising spaces. A jury will select the 'Faces of the Month' each month, promoting the city on various channels. The campaign also includes a digital poster and social media campaign, featuring locals and their favorite spots.
The 'My Bremen is real' campaign is an innovative way to engage Bremen's citizens as ambassadors for their city. By sharing their favorite spots, locals help promote Bremen's unique charm, moving beyond typical tourist attractions and encouraging fellow residents to rediscover their city.
