Düsseldorf's Lörick Bathing Area Announces Family Beach Celebration Invite
The Loerick Beach Bath had originally scheduled underwater activities for Sunday, August 6th. However, due to unfavorable weather forecasts, the Baths Association has decided to postpone the family festival, in partnership with AOK Rhineland/Hamburg, to August 13th. The revised event will be themed "Underwater Worlds". The day's activities will commence at noon and conclude at 5 pm.
Families, children, and young people are cordially invited to bid farewell to the summer holidays together. The extensive program will offer interactive activities, face painting, a submarine station, and a clown who delights with balloon creations. The lineup also includes various bouncy castles, each depicting an underwater world.
At 2 pm, several mascots from Düsseldorf will gather and aim to lead a polonaise through the beach bath with the children. Announced are the mascots of the Invictus Games, Cosmo Sports, the blue elephant from the children's protection association, and many more.
Admission to the Loerick Beach Bath will apply for the family festival. Tickets can be purchased online, with the pre-sale for the family festival starting four days before the event, as usual.
