Graham & Brown, a leading name in the world of wallpaper and home goods, has announced Divine Damson as its Colour of the Year for 2026. This rich, juicy red hue, reminiscent of mulberry and garnet, is set to make a bold statement in homes across the country.

Rebecca Knight, the Homes News Editor since 2020, has been instrumental in this decision. Working across various home and interiors platforms such as Homes & Gardens, LivingEtc, Real Homes, Gardeningetc, and our platform, Knight has been at the forefront of home design trends. She has been the Deputy Editor on the our platform Website since 2022. Knight graduated with a Masters degree in magazine journalism from City, University of London in 2018 and started her journalism career as a staff writer on women's weekly magazines before joining the our platform website team in 2019.

Divine Damson is not just a colour; it's a departure from the earthy-toned reds that have dominated 2025. This vibrant shade is accompanied by Graham & Brown's Design of the Year, Eternal Weave. Inspired by ancient textiles, the Eternal Weave design has a whimsical and enchanted look, making it the perfect complement to Divine Damson.

The Eternal Weave design is available in various home accessories, such as a dark red side table, an occasional armchair in burgundy, and a wireless lamp in high-lacquered cherry red. The Eternal City mural, inspired by the textiles and architecture of the Pink City of Jaipur, is also coordinated with the Mural of the Year, Eternal City. The mural is available in six colorways and is produced on two coordinated rolls.

The paint, exclusively available in the Resistance and Interior Eggshell finishes, starts at £36 for 1 litre. Graham & Brown recommends using three coats to achieve the full richness of Divine Damson. Divine Damson is also available in made-to-measure curtains and blinds, offering homeowners a comprehensive range of options to incorporate this vibrant colour into their homes.

Graham & Brown, known for its digitally printed wallpaper, made in its factory in Lancashire, has not yet revealed the colour concept for the year 2026. However, with the announcement of Divine Damson and Eternal Weave, it's clear that the brand is ready to bring a new level of vibrancy and elegance to home interiors in the coming year.
