In the heart of Winthrop, Iowa, Nick's Family Grocery is set to expand its hot meal offerings, thanks to the Iowa BOOST for Business Innovation - Rural Grocery Store Grant. The store, re-established under new ownership, will use the grant funds to upgrade essential kitchen equipment, including two new convection ovens, a commercial broaster, and insulated food pan carriers.
