Hanau Welcomes 'Chez Kim' Sushi Bar and Deli
Hanau's old town has welcomed a new culinary gem, 'Chez Kim - Sushi Bar and Deli', located at Steinstraße 8. The restaurant, named after its owner's mother, offers a delightful blend of Asian cuisine in a stylish setting. Shia Pham, a graduate designer and the restaurant's proprietor, comes from a family steeped in Vietnamese gastronomy.
Pham's parents, Kim and Tu, lend their support at the restaurant, which is open from Monday to Sunday, with Wednesday as the closed day. The eatery serves a variety of Asian delights, including sushi, sashimi, maki, and sushi pockets, with a unique twist on traditional sushi presentation - 'Mosaic Sushi'. Patrons can also enjoy an assortment of wines, cocktails, and selected tea varieties to complement their meals.
