Inspected Development of Community Structures in Komandorsky by Evgeny Naumov
In the northeastern expansion of Krasnodar, a new residential microdistrict is under active development on Komandorskaya Street. As revealed by the city's mayor, Yevgeny Naumov, a school capable of accommodating 1,875 students is projected to open by the upcoming academic year. Additionally, four kindergartens offering 1,300 spaces will be established in the same area.
The construction of the school is reported to be 90% complete, according to the administration. The institution will offer not only conventional classrooms but also specialized facilities, such as robotics and 3D modeling labs, three sports halls, physical education rooms, and training equipment. The project will include two auditoriums, with one seating nearly 600 people and equipped with a stage. Applications for the first-grade students are currently being accepted.
Four kindergartens are being constructed alongside the future school. Two of them, each accommodating 350 children, are already completed and awaiting licenses. Another kindergarten, featuring a multimedia studio and proposed to have 250 places, is 75% complete. The fourth kindergarten, offering 350 spaces, has surpassed the 50% construction mark.
These kindergartens will boast modern amenities, including heated floors, medical rooms, sports halls, kitchens, elevators for children with mobility issues, and specialist rooms like speech therapists and psychologists.
As Naumov wrote on his Telegram channel, the residential complex is still under construction, but when the first houses are inhabited, the institutions will be ready to accommodate the little residents. Previously, Naumov announced that multi-child families in the village of Prihodnom would receive gas by August, following the completion of 16 kilometers of gas pipelines by "Krasnodargaz."
While resources suggest that there are ongoing urban projects and residential expansions, such as the Gidrostroiteley area, specific details about educational facilities in new residential microdistricts within Krasnodar remain sparse. To obtain detailed updates on the construction or progress of schools and kindergartens in the new residential microdistrict, it is advisable to consult local news sources or official city development announcements for more precise information on the timeline and advancements of ongoing projects.
The new residential microdistrict on Komandorskaya Street in Krasnodar will cater to more than just residence, as it will also offer a lifestyle enriched by education-and-self-development, with a school and four kindergartens being established. The home-and-garden aspect is not overlooked, as these institutions will provide modern amenities for the younger residents, fostering an environment that promotes learning and growth from an early age.
