Globe's GDay Celebration Returns for its 10th Anniversary
Globe, a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines, is gearing up for its annual GDay celebration, marking its 10th anniversary this September. The event, designed to recognise customers' diverse passions and everyday wins, has grown into a nationwide movement over the past decade.
Bianca Wong, Vice President and Head of Feel Valued Tribe at Globe, stated that this year's GDay is all about bringing joy, rewards, and meaningful experiences closer to customers. To participate, customers can download the GlobeOne app, where the GDay celebration is coming to life online.
The GlobeOne app is the home of GDay online, offering daily surprise gifts and chances to unlock exciting rewards. Customers can join the G Raffle Rush via the app and earn more raffle entries by using their available Globe Rewards points. The G Raffle Rush runs from September 1 to October 31, with exciting weekly prizes such as a ₱50,000 grocery shopping spree, ₱100,000 in GCash, a dream Japan trip, luxury staycations, flagship gadgets, and a BYD Atto 3 Dynamic Battery Electric Vehicle.
One lucky winner will have the chance to win two major properties: a Deluxe Studio Condominium unit in Amaia Steps Pasig and a two-bedroom house and lot in Amaia Scapes Trece Martires. The GDay Surprise Gift on the GlobeOne app is designed to bring a moment of delight to every day.
In addition to the online celebration, GDay Pop-Up Booths will be activated in malls, stores, and neighbourhood venues across the country. Over 1,500 Globe customers will experience a special afternoon with the P-pop group BINI, including live performances, fun interactions, and memorable moments on stage. The highlight of the celebration is the GDay BINI Fan Meet, happening on September 13 at the Samsung Performing Arts Theatre. Tickets for the event will be made available in the GlobeOne app Redeem Rewards section.
