Modernizing exterior structures in the southern sector of the historic town center - Initial initiatives launched under the Courtyard and Facade Programme
The management of Lippstadt's Southern Old Town quarter is inviting property owners and residents to take advantage of the facade and courtyard program, designed to encourage upgrades and enhance the beauty of the area.
David Knospe and Lisa Hattwig, the quarter managers, are urging everyone to contribute to the improvement of the quarter. Interested parties can visit the quarter management's business office at Jakob-Koenen-Straße 2 for information about funding opportunities.
Regular consultation hours are available for those seeking advice on the program. These hours are offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm, and the first Thursday of each month until 6 pm. Additionally, extra consultation hours are offered on the first Thursday of every month until 6 pm. Individual appointment arrangements can also be made upon request.
Numerous consultation talks have already been held regarding the program, and five funding applications for the Southern Old Town quarter's facade and courtyard program have been submitted and approved by the city. Two of the five approved projects are currently underway.
Eligible applicants for funding applications for facade and flooring measures are property owners and tenants with the consent of the property owner. Corresponding approval notices have been sent out for the approved applications.
For those considering beautifying their facade or unsealing their property, the courtyard and facade program is open for applications. Knospe and Hattwig welcome anyone to visit the business office for more information.
The management encourages everyone to take part in this initiative to help maintain and improve the charm of the Southern Old Town quarter. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please visit the quarter management's business office at Jakob-Koenen-Straße 2.
