On August 14, the Katholischer Deutscher Frauenbund (KDFB) Roetz group invites the community to join a unique and cultural event - the Herb Bunch Tying in Gund, located next to Edeka.
This community gathering, starting at 8 a.m., offers a chance for individuals to come together, engage socially, and participate in a traditional activity that may have charitable or seasonal purposes.
If you're interested in joining or contributing, it's recommended to arrive at the specified location on the set date and inquire directly with the organizers for exact times and details on donations and sales.
It's important to note that the event is not a fundraiser, as the sales of herb bunches will take place separately. The sales will occur on Thursday before the evening mass and on Friday at the Bergkirche.
Herb and flower donations are welcome and should be collected the day before the event, on August 13. Participants are asked to bring their own garden shears and herbs to the event.
The herb bunch tying event is not located at Edeka, despite being near the location. Instead, it will take place at the home of the Riederer family in Günd. Everyone interested is welcome to attend, regardless of prior experience or knowledge in herb bunch tying.
The KDFB Roetz group organizes this event to foster community engagement and support local initiatives or charitable work. Proceeds from the sales of the herb bunches typically go towards these causes.
Join us on August 14 for a day of community, tradition, and support at the Herb Bunch Tying event in Gund.
