Savor the summer away from home: Street Vulitsa Ezha prepares for its season kickoff
The Vulitsa Ezha Festival promises a tantalizing culinary extravaganza on June 14-15, 20XX in the heart of Minsk. Marking its 27th edition, this annual affair serves as the kickoff to the anniversary season.
Here's a sneak peek at the mouthwatering delights on offer and some must-see recommendations:
This time around, festival-goers are in for a delectable surprise as the Culinary School by Eda in Yandex Go steps up, led by the festival team! Prepare to taste dishes from the picnic founder inspired by Gordon Ramsay's scrambled eggs, creamy Norwegian salmon soup from the PR team, tasty tomato pasta ruling the food court, mushroom risotto from the project managers, and many more scrumptious offerings. Not only can you learn to cook with the picnic team, but you can also savor these dishes right at the spot.
Be sure to check out the Gastronomic Discoveries with over 40 food court participants showcasing diverse flavors, unique combinations, and special "Vulitsa Ezha only" dishes. From hearty baguettes with ham and mushrooms from Pierogarnia to foccacia sandwiches with mortadella or caprese from EL FRITO Churreria, there's something for every foodie. Don't miss out on the duck steak with pickled cucumbers and strawberry sauce from Smoky Brothers or sweet banana corndogs in chocolate from "EJA FUD&BAR". VAFFEL surprises with shrimp in sweetened condensed milk and wasabi sauce.
The festival also hosts the Ezha Awards, where guests and the Vulitsa Ezha team jury vote for the top three city picnic participants. You can cast your vote by scanning a special QR code at the food court.
In addition to the culinary delights, the program includes an engaging educational program, lively entertainment, and a host of activities.
Vulitsa Ezha welcomes a large lecture hall by Onliner, featuring discussions on artificial intelligence, science, business process management, and the history of Belarusian cuisine. For instance, on Saturday, the main editor of Onliner will discuss neuro nets: who will rewrite whom?
The entertainment lineup is equally impressive, with a mix of music, dance, and unique attractions. Expect dance flash mobs, quizzes, and live performances by music bands on the main stage. Enjoy jazz by Kozirev trio and favorite hits from Monkey Pipe cover band on Saturday, and dance to Latin beats by Bsendero and AC/DC tribute by Purple Flame on Sunday.
The extensive entertainment and activities will span over 20 locations, offering surprises from picnic partners. Participate in masterclasses, interactions, and games while enjoying summer cocktails, local craft beverages, and indulging in a variety of craft treats. Kids will have a blast at the children's Vulitsa featuring masterclasses, games, and interactives specially designed for them.
Be sure to visit the special photo exhibition, a retrospective of all nine previous seasons, and the updated street cinema Betera Cinema. Test your knowledge with quizzes, and relax on comfortable bean bags and sun loungers between screenings.
