Severtson Showcases Thin Bezel 4K Projection Screens, SAT-4K and TAT-4K Models, at CEDIA Expo 2025
Severtson Corporation, a global leader in innovation and quality based in San Tan Valley, Ariz., is set to showcase its next generation SAT-4K and TAT-4K Acoustically-Transparent projection screens, as well as its 4K thin bezel fixed frame projection screen solutions at CEDIA Expo 2025 in Denver.
The new screens from Severtson feature enhancements that aim to improve both image quality and audio integration for a superior digital image and soundtrack reproduction in home cinema or professional environments.
The SAT-4K screen boasts a 3/8-inch thin bezel frame option, a gain of 1.18, a wide 160-degree viewing angle, flame and mildew resistance, and is available in Impression, Deluxe, and Deluxe Curved configurations. It offers a seamless screen up to 15 ft. 10 in. height, with larger sizes possible with seams. The screen's acoustically woven material meets or exceeds industry standards for video and audio fidelity.
The TAT-4K, designed for installations with incoming ambient light, features a unique uniform pattern weave that minimizes audio and video scatter, a titanium-grey shade that preserves picture contrast even in less dark rooms, and superior audio frequency response for reference-quality sound fidelity. It is compatible with 2D, Active 3D, 4K, and Laser projection applications.
In addition to these new screens, Severtson is also introducing its 4K thin bezel fixed frame projection screen solution. This offering features simple assembly and Severtson Screens' signature USA-made projection surfaces. An LED backlit add-on option is also available.
As part of its continuous efforts to improve its offerings, Severtson Corporation is gradually transitioning from 4-piece frames to 6-piece frames. This change, set to occur over the coming months, aims to reduce shipping damages and provide a better customer experience. 4-piece frames will still be available on custom orders with a lead time.
