Teenagers partying in the woods
Get ready for an unforgettable outdoor adventure! We're organising an event specifically tailored for young explorers aged between 11 and 16 years old. The event, themed as the Outdoor Adventure Day, promises a fun, safe, and educational experience for all participants.
To ensure a seamless event, we'll be utilising the What3Words location system. This innovative technology will provide precise locations for all event activities, making it easier for participants to navigate and ensuring their safety. For instance, the main gathering point will be located at ///outside.smile.cookies.
The day will be packed with a variety of activities designed to foster teamwork, outdoor skills, and a deeper connection with nature. Expect team-building games like capture the flag or scavenger hunts, nature walks to explore local flora and fauna, and workshops on basic outdoor skills such as camping, fire starting, or first aid. We've also included sports like soccer, frisbee, and board games for lighter activities.
Safety is our top priority. We'll ensure adequate staff supervision at all times, establish clear emergency protocols, monitor weather forecasts, and have a contingency plan for bad weather. We'll also collect relevant medical information from participants in advance.
Booking for the event is essential, and you can register online through our user-friendly website. The registration form includes necessary participant details, medical information, and emergency contact details. To ensure adequate planning and preparation, we've set a booking deadline. Secure payment options for registration fees are also available.
Before attending, participants should review the terms and conditions available at
Activities at the event include hanging in hammocks, making shelters, creating natural art, whittling, and using a shave horse. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at the event. The event is scheduled to occur, and we're looking forward to welcoming you and your children to this exciting outdoor adventure.
Please remember to bring plenty of drinks for your children, as well as snacks for the event. Adults must drop off their children at the meeting point, confirm their emergency contact details with a member of staff, and confirm who will be collecting their child before departing.
We hope this event encourages participants to enjoy time outdoors, make connections, and engage with nature. Let's embark on this adventure together!
Participants should be prepared for a day filled with outdoor-living activities, such as team builds, nature walks, and workshops, also including home-and-garden related activities like making shelters and natural art.
