Once hermit crabs gather around blooming island hibiscus, they can be collected and brought to Orville for rewards like the tropical concert torch, patio chair with ukulele, and tropical steel guitar.
BazaarScavenger Hunt
August also brings the BazaarScavenger Hunt. In this Scavenger Hunt, players can collect bazaar gyroidite for rewards like the bazaar decor stand, bazaar pottery stand, and Moroccan lantern.
Happy Homeroom Event
Participating in the Happy Homeroom event classes for August, Summer Plaza and Moroccan Bazaar, allows players to practice interior design skills and earn HH Material and HH Medals. Lottie and friends will grade designs in these events, and passing a class will increase the player's HH Rank.
Fishing Tourney (Oasis Patty)
A special tourney fish, the blackspot tuskfish, can be caught during the Fishing Tourney (Oasis Patio) for rewards like a potted sago palm and summer patio tile rug.
