Harburger Turnerbund Offers Cycling Course for Women Who Can't Ride a Bicycle

The Harburger Turnerbund, a support association for integration and sport in Hamburg, Germany, is offering a cycling course specifically designed for women who cannot ride a bicycle or lack confidence on the road. This beginner-friendly course aims to provide a learning and practice environment for participants, with extra practice times and a small outing with the bicycles arranged on weekends.

The cycling course will take place from Monday, August 5, to Sunday, August 18, at the football pitch of the Harburger Training and Health Center (HTB) located at Vahrenwinkelweg 28. Participants will learn and practice cycling skills during the course, which is held from Monday to Friday, from 5 to 6:30 PM.

Trainer Carla Rook from HTB will be leading the cycling course. You can contact her via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 015150853174 for more information.

The cycling courses of the HTB are part of the association's integration work and are funded within this framework by the HSB. The courses are open to all women who wish to learn to ride a bicycle in a supportive and encouraging environment.
